Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your ergoCentric task chair and for you to properly supported and feel comfortable while at work. If you experience issues with your ergoCentric purchase, please let our team know info@ergocentric.com. Our modular manufacturing system makes it easy to replace individual chair parts onsite to ensure a proper fit for the person using the task chair. If something doesn’t feel right, we will work with you to modify your task chair so that it’s perfect for you. We will organize replacement parts, repair, and in necessary cases, provide a complete replacement.

Exchanges

If we’re ultimately unable to resolve your problem, you can exchange the item in question. If applicable, our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time that works to simultaneously drop off your new item and pick up your exchange. If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, we’ll refund the difference to your credit card. If the new item costs more, we will charge the difference while setting up the exchange.

Returns

If a modification or exchange is not satisfactory, we will refund your money. If possible, we ask that you repackage the item(s) yourself in the original packaging provided. If you no longer have the original packaging, we will provide the appropriate shipping materials and will schedule a date and time for pick-up.

Warranty 

In the unlikely event your ergoCentric chair, upCentric table or ergonomic accessories arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please get in touch info@ergocentric.com.
